Merrimack Announces 12 Lacrosse NLI Early Signees

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. - The Merrimack College men's lacrosse team and head coach Mike Morgan have announced the addition of 12 future Warriors to the program during the National Letter of Intent (NLI) earning signing period earlier in November.

The 12 future Warriors should fill a wide array of roles and positions across all three ends of the turf. Their arrivals are slated for either next fall or the year after. A number of them have earned All-America and All-State honors over the course of their high school and/or prep careers, as the dozen future Warriors hail from six different states: Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York and Virginia.

"We are once again very pleased with the student-athletes who have committed to building the future of Merrimack College Men's Lacrosse," Morgan stated. "In addition to their obvious talent that they possess and the fact that they should keep us as competitive as ever when they arrive, they also are phenomenal students. As our program's expectations continue to rise, and with the success we've had in recent years, that has allowed our coaching staff to expand our recruiting footprint, and that's reflected in this group with recruits from states such as Michigan and Virginia. Overall, we're excited once again with how the early signing period turned out for us, and we look forward to welcoming these 12 future Warriors."
